Restless Legs Syndrome

Sleepers who suffer from Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) undergo a continual movement body parts in order to gain a relief from some uncomfortable sensations felt while sleeping. The feeling of crawling in the legs may disrupt or delay sleep initiation. Sleepers who experience Periodic Leg Movement or twitchy legs while sleeping may also suffer from daytime fatigue or EDS.
