What to Bring

What do I need to bring?

We recommend bringing an overnight bag with whatever you would need as if you were planning on spending the night at a friend’s house.  Pack a comfortable pair of pajamas, a toothbrush, medications that you normally take at night, etc.

There are no shower accommodations at Woodinville Sleep Improvement Center.  If you need to work the next morning, we highly recommend going home to shower first.

You are welcome to bring beverages that are free of caffeine/alcohol and snacks, a book or something to keep you busy during down-time, and whatever you need to make yourself feel comfortable and at home.  We do have wifi available and digital cable television.  Woodinville Sleep provides pillows and extra blankets, but if there is a pillow or blanket at home you prefer to sleep with, bring it along.
